Devil’s Botany London Absinthe is copper pot distilled with premium British wheat spirit and 14 botanicals, including English & Swiss Grand Wormwood, Green Anise, Fennel Seed, Devil’s Claw Root, Lemon Balm, Meadowsweet, Peppermint, Elderflower and other quality herbs and spices.

FLORAL & HERBACEOUS
Traditional absinthe botanicals are blended with the delicate flavours of London’s wild flowers, using meadowsweet and elderflower which grows locally to Devil’s Botany Distillery in the Walthamstow Marshes. Grand Wormwood’s bold bitterness is naturally sweetened by the warming spice of green anise and fennel seed. Finally, Devil’s Botany London Absinthe’s melody of the finest botanicals is grounded by the root of Devil’s claw, finishing with the bright, minty aromas of lemon balm and peppermint.
